Positive Contributors:

The Mosiac Company, $MOS, the largest US producer of potash and phosphate fertilizer is up another 9% just on Friday’s close alone, for those keeping track, that’s up 23% YTD, due to the structural imbalance in commodities I wrote about a month ago.

Negative Contributors:

Smith & Wesson Brands, $SWBI, is down -6% YTD. In our opinion $SWBI, is a prime private acquisition target. Remember this company holds no long or short term debt. We continue to serve our clients with a unique fundamental value portfolio of strong value companies in public equities.

You get peace of mind knowing we invest so you can do the rest.

New Private Investment Opportunity:

One of my good friends from my high school sold a company to Yahoo! for $250 million dollars.

His latest hobby project is simply a revolutionary way to send files electronically.

Wormhole is a secure end-to-end encrypted portal which shares up to 10Gs via a browser link that automatically expires without using any cloud storage providers.

No signup required, safe, fast.

I’ll be taking indications of interest over the next couple of weeks.
